We deliver to the entire Bay Area within 2 hours including the following: San Francisco, Oakland, Hayward, San Jose, San Mateo, San Pablo, Richmond, Berkeley, San Leandro, Union City, Fremont, Newark, Milpitas, Daly City, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, and more.

We also deliver to the following areas (fringe cities) within a 4 hour window: Pleasanton, Dublin, San Ramon, Concord, Martinez, Rodeo.

Next day delivery for the following areas: Half Moon Bay and Livermore.

Currently, we are accepting cash payments on delivery. Select cities are able to pay with pin debit cards, please give us a call(1-415-295-6999 )to see if your area is eligible. Pin debit card payments are rounded to the nearest dollar amount and there is a $3 convenience fee added as well.

Our minimum delivery is $69 for Bay Area cities before taxes and delivery fee added on. However, if you’re located in a fringe city such as Concord, Livermore, Dublin, Half Moon Bay, Marin County, Vallejo etc. the minimum order amount is $145 before tax and delivery. What taxes are applied to Medical and Recreational Marijuana?2019-01-14T20:12:23-07:00

Recreational: Users over the age of 21 are required to pay 9.25% local sales tax + 15% state excise tax + 10% excise tax= 34.25%.

Medical: Medical patients with a state recognized Dr.’s recommendation can be 18 years old or older is required to pay 9.25% local sales tax + 15% state excise tax + 5% local excise tax= 29.25% tax.

Medical: Prop 64, Medical patients that carry a California State issued Medical Card (MMIC) are required to pay 14.25% excise tax.

Recreational: Users are allowed to purchase 1 ounce per day.

Medical: Users are allowed to purchase up to 8 ounces per day.

First you must register and be approved to place your order. For Medical users you will have to submit proof of your MMIC. For recreational users you will have to provide an ID showing you’re over the age of 21. Once approved and your account is set up you can return anytime and purchase without going through the whole set up process. Click on the Shop Now button. Follow the prompts to place your order. If you have any issues trying to place your order please us our Live Chat to speak with one of our customer service reps (415-295-6999) who will help you complete your order.

We strive to get our patients their medicine within a 2 hour time-frame (unless located in a fringe city allow up to 4 hours-Pleasanton, Dublin, San Ramon, Concord, Martinez, Rodeo, Livermore, Half Moon Bay, Walnut Creek) from the time the order is placed. However, we may run late on delivery time due to traffic, holidays, events or issues out of our control. If we are running late we will make sure to reach out to you to keep you updated on delivery time.

We begin deliveries at 10:00am daily continuing until 10:00pm. In certain circumstances late night orders may be pushed to the following day.

Our drivers will complete transactions while still in their vehicle for their safety and yours. If you are disabled or can’t make it outside please let us know so we can make the proper accommodations.

Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange opened products due to state regulations. Defective products will not be exchanged after 30 days from purchase date. All sales are final unless product is defective. Please give us a call so we can try to sort out the problem for you as needed.

 

Any missing items make sure to call within 1 week of recieving your order or we will not be able to substitute or repremend the mistake.

There are a number of online services to help you get your MMIC. We recommend using Getheally to obtain your MMIC.
